This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through radiantoptimizer.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a license key has been generated and delivered to your account, the product is considered fully delivered and used. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any completed transaction.
Upon successful payment, your license key is automatically generated and delivered instantly to your dashboard. Because delivery is immediate and irreversible, there is no window for cancellation or return.
Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a license key is issued, it has been consumed. Offering refunds on digital keys would expose the business to abuse, as the key could still be used after a refund is processed. This policy protects both the business and honest customers.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your license key is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed, your license will be immediately revoked and your account may be permanently suspended. We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies in the event of a fraudulent dispute.
If you experience technical issues with the software, we encourage you to reach out to our support team via Discord before considering any dispute. Our team is available to help resolve any problems you may encounter. Most issues can be resolved quickly with our assistance.
In rare and exceptional circumstances — such as duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error — we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. To request a review, contact us via our Discord server with your order details.
