Privacy Policy

Complete transparency about what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

Last Updated: Oct 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information Radiant Optimizer collects when you visit radiantoptimizer.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We believe in full transparency — nothing is hidden and nothing is sold.

What We Collect

On pages with optional analytics, the following visit information is recorded only after you allow analytics. Account, purchase and security records are handled separately when you use those services.

Download links also use a server redirect that counts requests by day. This aggregate counter does not store your IP address, account, license key or hardware ID. Repeated requests may count more than once. Hosting providers and GitHub process the download request under their own policies.

How We Collect This Data

3

What We Don't Do

4

Why We Collect This Data

5

Data Retention

Analytics records (page views, sessions, device and approximate location information) and login history do not currently have automatic expiry. They can remain stored until manually removed. The previous statement that these records were automatically deleted after 90 days was inaccurate.

Account, license and purchase records support your account, purchases and license recovery. Deletion requests are reviewed individually, including any records that need to be retained for legal obligations or resolving a transaction.

We are reviewing the retention schedule and cleanup process. This notice does not mean that automatic deletion is already operating.

You may request deletion of your data through a Discord support ticket — see Section 11.

Your Rights & Opt-Out

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, delete, correct, or opt out of data collection.

To decline optional website analytics: Click "Decline" on the analytics banner, or reopen "Analytics preferences" in the footer of a page using analytics. Optional analytics stops; essential account, payment and security requests remain available. This preference is stored in your browser's local storage — if you clear your browser data, you'll need to opt out again.

You can also opt out manually by running this in your browser's console (F12):

localStorage.setItem('ro_exclude_tracking', 'true')

Data Security

9

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Optional analytics still requires your choice through the analytics preferences.

Contact & Data Requests

For security reports, privacy inquiries, data access requests, or deletion requests, join our Discord and open a support ticket:

Please use a ticket rather than a public channel for account or security details. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes or full payment-card details. We may need to verify account ownership before providing or deleting account data.
